The number of bedrooms depends on the number of guests booked. TODDLERS & STROLLERS Important note: Access to the accommodations is via a hiking trail. In winter, access with a stroller is either not possible or very limited. TOURIST TAX The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be collected on-site in cash (CHF). Adults (16 years and older): CHF 4 per person per night Children (9-15 years old): CHF 2 per person per night Children (untill 8): free GETTING TO ZERMATT IMPORTANT: Zermatt is car-free. Your vehicle must be parked in Täsch (3.1 mi before Zermatt). From there, you can take the shuttle train or a taxi to Zermatt. LOCATION The chalets are located outside the village center. The private access road is illuminated, but the remaining path from the taxi drop-off point to the chalets is an official hiking trail without lighting. ARRIVAL AT THE CHALETS SUMMER: Electric taxis (at your own expense) can drive directly to the chalets. WINTER: Electric taxis (at your own expense) cannot drive directly to the chalets in winter. Please drop off the taxi at the adjacent hiking trail. From there, the chalets are about a 5-minute walk. Please note: • This is an unpaved hiking trail. • We will transport your luggage from the hiking trail to the chalets. • We are not a hotel and therefore not permanently on-site. ➡️ Please inform us of your arrival time in advance; otherwise, you may experience longer waiting times. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
